A deductible is the amount of money you agreed to pay out of pocket when signing your insurance policy, it’s the money you pay before your insurance releases the rest of the restoration costs.

In Arkansas, contractors cannot legally cover, pay, offer a discount, or waive your deductible as part of an insurance claim, doing so may expose both the contractor to potential legal liability and the property owner as complicit in the fraud.

Even if you can’t afford your deductible all at once, you still have options. All though paying your deductible is required, paying it all at once is not. You can ask your contractor to see if they can finance it for you

Hailstorm restoration is the process of restoring property damages done by hail after a hailstorm, typically in conjunction with an insurance claim.

Before filing a hail claim it is important to contact your contractor to inspect your property at no cost, if your contractor determined that there is enough substantial damage, that’s when you’ll know to call your insurance.

This can be a complicated concept but I’m going to break it down the best way that I can, so that it makes sense to you at the end. Hopefully this information helps you make more educated decisions when it comes to hail damage restoration. Content:
