Our Background

Balanced Contracting, LLC is built on years of knowledge and hands-on experience in the Hailstorm Restoration Industry, from tearing off and installing, running crews, and responsibility for entire projects with multiple trades, to looking out for the property owner’s best interest in every step of the way. In both commercial and residential sectors.

Founded by Aldo Trevizo. A professional that got into this line of work back when Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, and stayed in the industry until right after Covid. After stepping away for a bit, Aldo is back out in the field, ready to fully conquer a cornerstone of experience in this industry. 

What We’re About

For us, it comes down to honesty, respect, and gratitude for the property owner. Without you, there would not be any Balanced Contracting nor accumulated knowledge under our belt, and without honesty and respect we wouldn’t have any more property owners to serve, so… Gracias for always being there, providing an opportunity to fulfill a needed service.

That mentality goes back to when I was a kid delivering tortillas on my bicycle to the ladies on my street. I showed up, did what I said I was going to do, they needed a service, and we treated each other with respect. The same concept applies to the hailstorm restoration industry.

Balanced Contracting might be a baby company, but it’s built from years of learned experience in hailstorm restoration, construction, insurance hail claims, and customer service, with the Key perspective of always advocating for and appreciating the property owner.

We aspire to build a brand culture that expresses these concepts and principals from its core.

Why the name “Balanced Contracting”?

Because I learned along the way that the best deal one can make is the one where everybody wins. Here at Balanced Contracting we fundamentally believe that in order to successfully achieve our shared goals, it’s important to create balance between the parties coming together. We know that mutual clear intentions and benefits, honesty, respect, appreciation, and gratitude, welcomes cooperation; cooperation brings balance; which inevitably generates a smooth process and desired outcomes. In this case the restoration of your property.

Our intentions for balance can be observed across our Brand. We are dedicated to a successful outcome that generates mutual benefits every time, that’s why our name is Balanced Contracting, LLC.

How We Work

Since we’re in the early stages, I’m personally fully involved in every part of the company and oversee every project. It’s important to set the tone for the company right from the start and get the ball rolling in the right direction, while establishing our brand culture.

Our goal is not to be the biggest, nor compete with other contractors. We believe there is abundance and that the sun comes out for everyone. As long as we’re doing right by people, we will be good.

Construction can be messy and full of surprises. We’re not perfect, but we believe in maintaining open communication if anything unexpected ever arises, keeping alignment with you in making decisions it’s important so that the outcome still works out right.

Why Now?

I retired from the Hailstorm Restoration industry sometime around 2020 and have lived in NWA since 2022. Recently life has been teaching me some intense personal lessons. Given the fact of my extended experience in the hailstorm restoration industry, and noticing that there is plenty of need for professionals offering these services here in the area, I decided to jump back into the industry with both feet, stronger and wiser than ever. I’m excited and enthusiastic of getting back and building this company from scratch.

On May 15, 2025, Balanced Contracting, LLC was born, just three days before that huge hailstorm hit the Siloam Springs and Springdale areas. Starting Balanced Contracting not only feels right, but timing also made it clear this was the right move.

Experience have thought me some fundamental values and principals, they are in my opinion self-sustainable and tested throughout time. For me, Balanced Contracting brings me an amazing opportunity to place these concepts into a brand. Yes, I’m aware there will be challenges, but also rewards, and I’m looking forward to the experiences this will bring.

Structuring Balanced Contracting with those fundamental values and principals to ensure sustainability and longevity is the goal. This experience would complete a cornerstone of accomplishments.

Eventually, I would love to do van conversions, pursuing the expansion of personal artistic talents and skills, and pushing the boundaries of van conversions, maybe providing mobile living spaces for people going through intense life changing events like divorces, sometimes events like those can cause house displacement, inner disruption, and hinder a person for a very long time. But anyways, that project is for later. For now, Balanced Contracting is my full commitment, one step at the time.
